Theater - Mit mir!?

Location

Our conference Drama in Education for Children and Adolescents at risk will take place in the city of Rostock, Germany. All sessions will be held in the "Academy for Music and Arts Rostock" conveniently located in the old town and only 10 minutes away from the Rostock main station.

Housing

We offer you accommodation in several hotels around the Academy from a wide range of comfort standard. Participants are entitled to special discounted rates: 20 Euro for a single or a double room in a youth hostel, with breakfast and tax included. Superior rooms are offered from 61 Euro per night, with breakfast and tax included.

Meals

All the coffee breaks during the Conference are included in the Conference price, as are two networking dinners.

Financial Support

Due to our non-profit nature and very limited funds, we are unable to provide any financial support to our participants. To minimize the cost of the Conference, the Conference fee was projected based on the running costs only.

Applications

On-line applications will be accepted on a rolling admission basis as long as there is space available. Due to a highly competitive admission process, we encourage all persons to apply early.

Publications

All papers accepted to be presented at the Conference will be published in the official conference proceedings of the University of Rostock.

Acceptance

All submissions (presentation abstracts, outlines, papers, summaries, etc.) will be reviewed and will serve as the basis for acceptance/rejection.

Admission

Approximately 240 participants, including students and scholars will be invited to participate in this highly interesting and challenging international event. Successful applicants will be notified within ten days from the day their application has been received.

Agenda

Conference Agenda will be available in late December 2008, after the list of presentations and accepted papers has been finalized.
